Rachel Lewis | Pilates Instructor

Rachel found Pilates six years ago after suffering from a foot injury that prevented her from doing the high-impact activities she enjoyed. She immediately fell in love. After working for seven years in the public relations and marketing fields, Rachel decided to pursue her passion for Pilates and began her STOTT Pilates teacher training. She became fully certified in July 2016. Rachel had a son in May, and Pilates helped her stay fit during pregnancy, and regain her strength after birth. She has a particular passion for helping pregnant ladies and new moms. 

When she's not at the studio, you'll find Rachel cooking (and sharing some of her Paleo recipes on scrumptiousbyrachel.com), sweating it out in spin class, visiting family in her hometown of Santa Cruz, and hanging around Hayes Valley with her husband and son.
