If you've been wanting a more in-depth training session, a private training session with one of our instructors is perfect for you. We will work with you to pursue your fitness goals efficiently and help you develop a greater understanding of your body. Our expert instructors start by examining your body's unique patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, we determine the best way to pursue muscular balance and alignment.
If you've never done Pilates before, we highly recommend starting with a few Private Training sessions to get a feel for the nuance of the movement and the machines. Even if you've been doing Pilates classes for a decade, Private Training is a great way to check in so you can be sure to get the most out of your class.
