Our expert instructors start by examining your body's unique patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. From there, we determine the best way to pursue muscular balance and alignment.
If you've never done Pilates before, we highly recommend starting with a few Private Training sessions to get a feel for the technical movement and the machines. Even if you've been doing Pilates classes for a decade, Private Training is a great way to check in so you can get the most out of your class. If you have current injuries, significant movement dysfunction, or are pregnant, we require you to complete a consultation before joining class. Help us help you into your strongest body!
