Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, Founder of the Pilates Reformation. I hold a Masters in Rehabilitative Science and Research, and am a fitness educator with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and overcome injury. After a successful Ballet career, I dove into the “why” and “how” we become injured. My method attracts people that are often in pain from other classes. I wanted to change that by always making sure there were plenty of modifications and one excellent workout. I meet you where you are today, to get you to where you want to be.

Does it feel like you've exhausted your options, and you still haven't found what you're looking for? I was the person in class that was injured or plain exhausted. I've been practicing Pilates since I was 10 years old and, while not a beginner, some days things just hurt. I wanted to feel like I could still come to class, be welcomed, be with people who felt the same, and still walk out there having one amazing workout. No matter what level you are or what didn’t feel 100% when you walked onto your mat. I could never find that in a studio so I made my own. Welcome to the family.
